What is Scraps and the city? Who is SATC?

SATC (scraps and the city) is a store where all digital products are united.

We have digital scrap kits: tagger size(800 pixels on the longer side) and full size (3600 pixels on the longer side)

We also have commercial products as Paint shop pro scripts,  Photoshop action, brush (abr) , papers that are jpg or png format.

All our products are downloadable, they can be opened with any programs that open graphic such as : Paint shop pro , photoshop, gimp and many more.

Our products as scrap kits and PSP tube can be used to created tags, signatures, and avatars for personal use
